I've seen +5 at around 500+ sometimes. A 6 is at least a good 1.5x more. So, I'd say a +12 would be well above what a Dec -10 is. Which is about 10k or so.

Anyways, a +8 weapon on its own is worth, in theory, 2187 ZP. Obviously, it's going to sell for a lot more, because of how much time and effort it takes to gather up 2,187 +1 weapons, so a +8 with no quality, superaddition, or sockets is probably worth around 2500-3500 ZP. After you make your +8, you need two more to make a +9, two more +8s to make +10, etc. for a total of 9 +8s to make a +12. That is 19,683 +1 weapons/gears, or around 25k-35k ZP. Even making it to +6 is unrealistic for most people, you're better off working on something else.

Most people sell Mets for around 5. Their REASONABLE price. But, this one idiot sells them for about 2x that. Most people sell Exp Records Normal for 7 or so. He does 20.

+5 on orion goes for 80 -150 max nowhere near 500zp.

Let me calculate for a weapon like rifle
in case you buy each +1=1zp
and you only use +1 to upgarde your gear you need 177.147 zps to make it become +12
That's cheapest way i can see.
