Okay. This is the opposite of the other game "Don't let the mods/admins say >". Here, the mods count, and regular players have to stop them reach 20. Since there are many mods posting on this thread and less regular players, I think the most fair enough number would be 20. Come on, it's not that hard!
Haha. Ok, One more rule. Mods MUST count. They can't say 0, even if they dont want to count. Only regular posters can say 0, and stop the mods :)
