item that can be crafted: weapon, gear(inner/outer), core
requirement: player lvl 101 can learn Crafting with cost of 1 met (i think i heard this somewhere???)
method:
player put a sword(any quality/lvl) into primary item box so that the system know the result will be a sword. then put 50 more sword(any quality/lvl) plus 1 meteor, press Craft! and tadaa..a crafted sword appeared inside inventory. OR
ignore the primary box in my suggested img, player put any kind of weapon(melee and ranged) into item box, plus 1 met, press Craft! and tataa..a random kind of weapon is inside the inventory.
to craft a gear, use the gear tab. use core tab to craft core.

now, talking about this, i suggest that when the crafting skill is fixed(lvl 10), player have a chance of getting ultra weapon/gear/perfect core with good aux as result.
since it cost 1 met for 1 crafting, the lowest result of crafting should be at least normal weapon +3 or normal inner gear +1...glowing core eventho not perfect..
pls comment and add more suggestion related to mine.
thanks Timmy. u know, i play Perfect World abit and i keep going back bc i just want to craft something. going and traveling around looking for item/ingredient for crafting and gaining something that sound like "I've work for this" is good.
so definitely! crafting will be a good addition feature to zero too..
hahaa i guess it wont happen because every players will start creating items so they could get skills fixed and start get ultras then so that would f*ck up zp price/ultra price/star price because when any quality then buy items at shop >.< and its easy to get mets , and it would be boring when every 1 have best items in game >.<

lol when they even accept with that idea , it wont be released untill next year or more years >.< so you probaly quited by then;D but it should have limit like lottery 5 time per day or so >.< and when like need 50 unique or elite item , lol better turn 7 unique or 2 elite into +1 >.< and i think it would be really impossible to create it because it would fux up zo prices and drops >.<
ok. i got ur point there. so, instead of crafting something that mech can use, what about something only for fun like pilot gear etc that will not give any POT to the char?
But, i really want to "make" my own weapon and gear with effort. maybe the ingredient can be something else rather then just junk weapon/gear/core..something that only useful for crafting..ppl can sell those in market too. the rarest one will be expensive and ppl sell for zp. when zp involve, TQ will love it eh?
it doesnt matter when will the idea comes into the game. we are discussing after all the idea that was not in the game(zero) still(my idea or others) so its a good discussion that make ppl involve and show some care for the game.
last but not lease..i dont think i will quit zero, ever!. if zero goes ZZZ on me then i'll stop playing games alltogether, any games. i am old afterall lol. btw, if u want to quit and want ur "soul" remain in zero, gimme ur ultra gear before u leave..i'll make sure to use it so that ur "soul" remain in zero forever!. . . . . lol
ˇlol when ''creating own weapon'' happens then need add some extras like stones/crystals/weapon abilities/glows/attributes , but if they add like extras for gears like you edit with stones +1% more resist for anti fire or absorb ice dmg/concussion etc but after failing it will go down -1% or all % back to 0 , but there are pilot items they just not added them >.<
i agree with u. after all those hard work, the crafted item should have differences from the normal items. in zero, glow mean ultra lol. so if there is a very very slim chance of getting ultra from crafting, i am seeing my self doing that lol.
about the material, more substance to be introduce into zero will make the game better too. this will give alot more reason to hunt rather then all the "same" item we are getting now. when these item goes into market, ppl will have more things to sell too..and more zp will be involve mean more $$ for TQ.
i am thinking also about crafting current item to make it better. that will be good to then just making a new item each time. fail to do it properly(good ingredient+luck+crafting lvl), the item will break.
currently, zero have lvl, quality and +'s as the attribute that player can work for. make addition to that will take effort but will have great result in improving the game in general. something like enhancing element effect on weapon like frost/fire/concussion on the weapon itself(not just aux) is a good excuse to work opon too.
there really +12 best items but they not finished that yet >.< but when you craft weapons stronger then pk would be more insane like atm you kill almost lover pot players with 1 hit and even hitting +200 pot higher player about 10-15k dmg >.< lvl 185 1 handed sword7saber got without + max 26k dmg and 2 handed weps around 10k dmg more >.< but when you + them and upgrade weapon prof , lets say you got +9 lvl 185 1 handed sword with lvl 30 weapon prof your weapon dmg should be around 85k >.< but thats insane because lvl 180 player got hp with hp module+9 lvl 185 99k+ hp >.< so and when you still could upgrade it then it would be insane , but when they lower monster hp/weapon dmg then could make that >.< with special attributes like weapon got hitting probability 21% or something like that >.< or item get such name Ancient/crafted >.< but really game need better armors so for armors like enchanted def 1-20 pct (could upgrade with special RARE stones)
i know that from perfectworld...but i got bored of the game...it will surely click here on ZERO...especially that it really feels good to have your gears created by YOU....that's really great...:)
But i hope the weapon you are using right now can be crafted too... its like editing your weapon or adding some new stats... like damage and the frost damage or something.. if its not possible i think i will bulk again to make the crafted weapon ultra... ^_^
at risk of a ban for mentioning another game<ducks> .. ever play blizzards diablo2? this has been done, it is a good idea when implemented well. might be worth it even if all it was good for was a more expensive portable way to use r&d center features like core socket(ie costs an additional item to use, but works outside of market).
all that said mentioning all this in the forums creates a nasty little problem involving intellectual property which may ensure that it cannot be legally used in the game(unless everyone who added to the idea is willing to sign legal waivers to the ideas over to tq and get them notarized before sending them back).
just my couple observations from experiences past.
legoz that idea is nice u even got an administrator to post here but if there is a chance that it could make an ulrra then it should b lik 12/100 i think thats bout fair and also if u want a better chance at getting a refine u put 2 mets, unique 3, elite 4 and ultra 10 so that would b even fair but if u want a perfect chance at getting an ultra that is a +8 u must put 20 mets i think thats just about fair and the selling price for mets would go higher aswel making ppl want to buy more zps and tq gettting richer for more patches so in a way all of this idea comes bak to the players again
