it is a system glitch when someone does the tactics quest and gains a red squama it says everyone logged on gains one so sorry you dont actually get one unless u do the quest but its a bug we have to deal with until they fix it

sorry but the purple got me there.. anyway if you curious enough to try the quest for the red squama I suggest you set aside a minmum of an hour to it and by all means use hlhl or it will take forever to do it once
