heres a good one:

recently I used forum points transfer to shell points. than used shell points to buy a TQ card A.

wondered when I would recieve my card I wrote to TQ and this is the response I got---



Greetings,

We've got your report.

We are sorry but we donot think that there is any payment called shell points. Please have a check and offer us the exact payment for further check. Thanks.


so . . . . um. . . . even TQ apparently isnt aware of their own point system.

In the interest of helping out, I sent the link of the product (card A) and the ability to purchase it with shell points in a reply to TQ.
