ok i want to buy a bulk with paypal but i cant. can sum one explain to me how to do this b/c i dont want to spend more then 340 and if i buy a single card for 15.99 i spend close to 400 and not the 340. anyhelp would be a big help.

I think bulks are done through wire transfers only like through a bank or western union

western union as well using the blue quick collect form .... send 340 + their 15 service fee and itll get to you depending if you email acc. is a first time buyer
