its not like a squad, you can only have max 2 "brothers".
since the brothers share their enemylists and even are able to teleport to each other, its more a big brother/protector feature. so if someone gets problems with pker, the stronger one can protect/support his brother. sounds also like a opportunity to get revenge on your enemies.

b. Player whose potency is higher than 1361 can only share +27 potency at most.

only if you have 1 pot, then you can get a share of 299 pot.
