Can someone explain this Main Unit and A.R.M to me ?

ur main unit is any unit you use the most and usually is the strongest, arms are units you gain at lv 100 for your first and 145 for your 2nd. when ever ur main dies you will autmatically switch to your arm.

So EACH character only get one A.R.M Or you can have all 4 kind for Artillery and Infantry?

1 free arm at lvl 100 then you get a second arm at 145 for free and you can purchase the other two arms for 1 mill each

Is it easy to get 1kk(one mill)?
And what about the Transformed Unit?

not that hard you should have over enough to get them by 145 the transforms you get at 130 and you purchase those with Rose quarts.
