Recently in the game i have seen weapons with F-soul lvl? and extra Wat/air attack
do these stats realy make a diffrence and what is the purpose of F-soul??

extra attacks are for extra dmg.
and as for f-soul it can the looks of super gems.

those two are useless really, but it can make a good business. who cares about f-souls if the game only cares for potency?

I think the f-soul thing is not active yet lol. coz i got f-soul waepon on my noob and it doesn't have any effect.

the extra air/water race dmg is useful if u gather a whole set of equipments with the same race, then ur pet that has the same race will increase it's dmg. for F-Soul items, there's is a special effect, but i'm not sure if the game release this effect yet. The chinese CT have, and it's a special effect similar to super gems :).
