Hi im new to crazy tao its my second day and im level 35 i have a question its somthing that has been bothering me for a bit. pretty much every time i level up it says that theres i a new items i can buy and use but no matter which city i go to i cant seem to find the items that it toldl me i can use how do i get them?

There are items that are only available by monster drops or by advancing your current gear with amethyst..
