2 make ure robe super. u have 2 go 2 the quality upgrader in market.
it will cost u 1 philogem or super philo. bear in mind dat if ure robe is refined it will go up 2 a
unique robe. to make it super the item has 2 be elite. this will not always work.

Use a PG but chances are very slim.
I'd rather buy a super robe or hunt 20 then take the chance.
