In the guide it says

"Every male player will receive a flower when he logs into the game, so he could send this flower. Only female character can receive the flower. If you love her and you dare not express this to her clearly, it will be a great help to send flowers to the girl you like in Crazy Tao.Move your mouse over the Flower button and click on it, then click the girl you like to send your flowers."

is this outdated? My male warrior didn't get one.

No it's not.

You have to be lvl 50+ to start receiving a flower in your inventory every day.
