Report Procedures

1. Definition and Basic Principles of Reports
“Reports” refers to the explanations/complaints concerning the disputes arising from various events held on the Forum. Reports shall be made under the principle of “resolving contradictions via friendly consultations”. Specifically, it is recommended that users having disputes with those to be reported (corresponding players, moderators or administrators) try to carry out communication through the Forum’s PM feature first. If the communication fails to reach a satisfactory result, reports can then be submitted to the Forum Affairs board.

2. Reports shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:
(1) account being banned to post due to the wrong conducts of abusing someone and causing evil effects to the related board, which are failed to be relieved by exhortation;
(2) account being pilfered or account trade being conducted on the related board, links with viruses being posted, and ads being deleted or suppressed;
(3). all contradictions between players arising in real life or in game, and problems concerning account trade.

3. Report Handling Procedures
Requirements for the format of reports:
Since reports always involve contradictions, strict requirements for the format of reports are therefore specified to prevent users from making reports randomly and disturbing the ordinary work of moderators/administrators:
(1) All users making reports shall be deemed to have read and agree to be bound by the related report rules;
(2) The report shall be complete and valid, and shall be handled on the basis of the contents featured in the topic with other related information taken into consideration;
(3) Report Format:
Reporter:
The one to be reported:
Relate Board:
Report Description:

Note: Reporters should make reports in strict accordance with the said format, otherwise the authorized administrators may not accept the reports. Once a report is accepted, a satisfactory reply will also be made within 2 working days.
