As we all know EO is becoming impossible to play without having to do an insame amount of WORK ingame instead of enjoying yourself. With this sytem in place I believe this would be countered allowing more people to enjoy the game and do what the game intends for players to do to compete with one another, upgrade eq and compose their euds.

Basically what it consists of is this. The most common drops players get is equipment and eudemonbooks, right? Why not turn those drops into potential pps?

Refined eq = 1 pps
Unique Eq = 2 pps
Elite eq = 4 pps
Super eq = 10 pps
Refined one soc eq = 6 pps two soc eq = 12 pps
Unique one soc eq = 12 pps two soc eq = 18 eps
Elite one soc eq = 24 pps two soc eq = 30 pps
Super one soc eq = 36 pps two soc eq = 44 pps

Who in their right mind would sell elite and super eq to an npc for such low pps? People desperate for pps, that's who!

All eudemonbooks = 1 ep each

Daily limit of 250 pps per account not character account.

This will ensure that people don't get too many eps to make TQ lose money but also ensure that everyone is able to get eps enough to know what it's like to get eps which encourages them to buy more eps to get even better.

I agree with the principle whole heartedly.
EO is made out to be a game thats free to play with the option of paying for EP. IMO its not really an option, you cant play properly without and it does just seem like hard work, not fun(look at your options - your gears will be unique/elite at best, theres no way you'll afford sockets, everything must be forged yourself from the few stones you can find. Only perhaps half a dozen euds are viable as you cant afford to buy from mall/market)

Though I do think it should be less than you suggest, starting at 1 ep for a refined, 2 for a unique and doubling up from there. That would, imo, make drop hunting a viable alternative to paypal without discouraging those people that paypal to do so less than they do already.

I imagine this will cause uproar frm the paypallers, but its only fair to let everyone experience the game properly(to which I'd like to add that I do PP quite a bit, and will continue to do so even if I could make a few ep from a bag full of junk).

I do love that its a mod suggesting this so the idea might get actual consideration rather than deconstructive criticism and flames.

this is a suggestion ive been waiting to hear and im glad your the one to say it BB. it is time for a change in this game and you have a great idea. sell stuff you find to npcs for eps is a great idea and the fact that its not for a lot of eps is also great because its reasonable enough that those who want to excel more or want something they will pay pal for it. i really wish you luck on getting your suggestion known by the TQ staff.

Thanks, kakalle. Hopefully they will seriously consider this idea. It'll be a HUGE step towards making the game more exciting AND more profitable for TQ because they're not giving away too much but just enough to get players really interested.

I know you've received your fair shre of bad feedback as have I. ALOT of bad feedback and I've done more than my fair shre of giving back the bad feedback. I was a complete ass and I admit it. I was a friggin jerk and I was hated for it but I am changing my ways now and trying only to be helpful and keep the forums free of those negative influences and try to promote intelligent arguments without people saying you do this and that with absolutely no basis or proof. If you're going to say something at least make an intellectual guess or provide proof. That's all I want happening here.

yer sounds like a great idea but TQ would never have it because this game is practically a pay palers game I mean you can't get anywhere in this game without pay paling either that or you have to be a very very very good boss hunter which is pretty hard considering the boss drops are so crap.

To prevent people using bots on multiple comps, change the EPs into PPs instead, atleast that way they would have a littlemore work to use them for whatever they would like, otherwise there would be insane bots in misty marsh amongs many maps.

And - getting 1 ep per book is a bit, hmm, too much. Unless it's super book of course.
Although I'd like to get EPs, PPs or whatever that could allow me to buy universals from Mall, but I also must admit that I get a lot of books every day. If I'd sacrifice 10 hours a day instead of 2-3 like now, I'd be getting like 400 eps every day.
