When I logged my main character I didn’t get volume 4 .. but when I logged my mannequin in he got his

What volume 4? If you're talking about the sound setting, did you make sure your speakers are turned up? Did you make sure your main character's setting's volume is up?

umm...
i didn't get the 4th News Vol. either...
and you do need it to get the torch so you can do the free g/b event...
so whats up with that...
some get it and some don't...?
i need the free g/b...
nvm... my bad...
you can do it without... oppps, sorry
