When i press the enter button to enter the game, Sometimes it will close out and my computer will react as though something is happening, but then it will stop reacting and nothing will happen. I have to open the game and press enter three or four times before the actual game launches. Please help me!

Try reinstalling and manually patching. Might be a corrupt game client.

Try to not hit the enter button lol.

Godheaven, don't play other players if you don't want to help. I guess it just takes a long time to response if your computer is a bit slow.

Bright - Try getting a new keyboard. I doubt that'll solve the problem but try anyways. It's either that or it's your system error.

I have a brand new computer. Toshiba satellite L305D-S5935 Its pretty awesome so i think the game might just be a lil slow for the comp is all. Thanks for the help anyways!

im still not sure what this error is talking about ... is it the play.exe or soul.exe that u are having problems with if u are talkin about the play.exe then its a compatibility problem (and if u are running vista/windows 7) if this is true then try to use the compatibilty options that come with your operating system(this will not be covered here as google will hold those answers) . Also make sure your flash and .net frameworks is up to date.

If you are having problems with the soul.exe(eg. the login window) please post again to varify this.
