i made a accout on Las Vegas and on L.A now that the cities submerged i only got my accout on L.A and its the shitty accout my good accout is on las vegas can someone help me

level it to 50 and use the mannequin system to restore your acct that was deleted do to merge is what the site says

same for me, but nothing happens then i lvl up it to 50 lvl i still can't login or set thebest acc as main :[ Then i push the ,,log in" or set as ,,main" button nothing happens :(And one more thing : Set as main button is unpushable it's black black :0 What do i have to do?
