I already know that you have to be lvl 100

well basically a lvl 100+ teaches another person whos 20 lvls below u. the other person gets some exp while the person who teaches get mentor exp

the amount of time u can teach per day depends on your nobility rank..

nobility rank decides how much teachin u can give per day. i am a baron nd i can give 2 teachings a day, not sure abt other ranks tho (if i m wrong, please correct me :P )
