If you're going to make them yourself, I found that getting them to around 11-12* on my own is fairly easy. Then I used Orb Compose to get the last couple of stars.

if your over lvl 100, you can get gb from cave, just have one of the mad or wad with you and a set of 2 or so, and comp whenever your in cronus, time flies eventually :D, i have a 5* and near 8* for my pala :O x)

i can make a 15* eud in about 4-5 days all you really have to do is have GB and train in a adventure zone icy F4 is most effective as its cheap only 10K and there are a fair amount of clustered mobs there. just keep composeing then releveling and repeat and it shouldnt take much time at all.
