every super rebirth i get 10 star mark thats mean 10 super rebirth give me 1 star i want 30 star in 1 day

If I'm not mistaken you can do it as many times as you want. Not sure if it counts toward the reborn times or not but yeah...I believe unlimited usage.

And if you can afford it then go right on ahead and blow all your eps on it.

10 points, 10 rebirth times lost, 380 or 390 eps. Good way to burn out your pet and not reach max star potential. Not really worth it until you get to much higher star and I believe you cannot do that until it reaches 30* unless its changed.
