Prices may vary with different servers...
1) Pathfinding. This is in the top right of the screen underneath the minimap, click it to find destinations.
2) Winbeads. This skill is invaluable for warriors and low level players, it allows AOE (area of effect) damage so you can kill multiple monsters at once. Buy this purple gem at cronus grocery for 10k gold pieces next to the cronus teleporter (use pathfinding). Teach it to any mage pet except for pixies, find the skill in the eudemons interface (use ctrl+p) and drag it to the f1-f4 grey boxes at the bottom. I use f2 and keep my finger on it. Id recommend teaching it to a blood sage or a MAD (MageAtkDef... the pet that mages start with).
3) Random teleport scrolls. Random scrolls will teleport you randomly to some place on the map, good for avoiding being killed or finding pets to kill. Put these on the 1-4 grey boxes at the bottom left, i use it on the number 1 box so my little finger is always on it, if you see anyone that comes close to you that might pk you, hit that button! It helps if you converge a defence pet so that your enemy must hit you twice. Town portals are cheaper at 500 gold pieces each.
4) Crystals. You can use 2 a day on each pet and they level your pet fast! Good for when you have just composed your pet and it is level 1. Don't throw away refined items, pay 10k to xp guide Vivian near Eudemon composing in market to make them (use pathfinding), they are very worth it. She is next to the 2nd evolution oven to the right of composing. If you have +1 or +2 gears you can change them into crystals and sell for about 500-700k each, +2 sell for double and so on. Don't change elite or super gears into crystals because you may sell for more as they are.
5) Teams. Try to join a team where possible, use the search button. They give better xp and better drops. Note they only work if you hit the xp button, it flashes at the bottom right corner of the screen when it is ready, click it then right click monsters.
6) Gods Blessing. This is the best item in the game, it levels you fast because you are getting xp for doing nothing but its expensive to get. You can revive yourself at the point of death, all of your pets will get xp per 10 minutes even if you're in the market, things are cheaper to buy and you get more money if you sell at an NPC... Cheapest way is to change reds for it at merchant Joans (387-480, your current co-ordinates can be found in the top right corner of the screen).
7) Warehouses. Put all your expensive items and your gold into the warehouse, if you get pked, you will lose some gold and maybe some items. I have dropped eggs in the past too. Your pets are safe unless you pked a bundle of ppl before. If you have too many pets, you can put them in the Eudedmon warehouses found in cronus, market, elvencity and gobi dessert. You can buy an extra warehouse for a violet stone at market if you run out of space and you can make multiple accounts to store the pets. Be careful when going to gobi, i get pked at the town so I always have a pet converged with me.
8) Eggs. You hatch eggs to get pets which randomly drop from monsters. You can hatch these from your bag... ctrl+p to get to the screen, The brown thing in between the eggs you have and the hatching eggs is the batch hatcher, you have access to it once you reach level 50. It is very useful for storing eggs.
9) Pets. Choose your main pets then stick with them. It would help if you found cheap thunders because they gain stars quicker and have less requirements for minor pets accept for st bears and st dragons. If you are poor, choose pets that you can easily find minor ones for like blood sage, venus sage, MAD (MageAtkDef), WAD( WarriorAtkDef), Vanquishers, Valkyries. Mad/Wad are good because u need for the 3 summons quest so if you make them 15*, you can sell them for 300-450 eps each. Id avoid st dragons and st bears, they are too complicated but if you are going to try for them, you can rehatch poor minors for 1 ep each (Gloria at 343-456 in market). If you are making a mount, buy a real one first and then use pp (paladin points, redundant now but new players used to get them free) for the minors... You can sell pets too but are harder to sell, valks and vanqs sell for 400k-800k. If you have a good crowned pet you want to sell, firstly get someone to price it for you, it can be worth from 50-500 eps. Click on its crown, pay 10k, find pets that have a worse stat than yours and are high star then whisper saying "i have a ..., offer?"
10) Yellows and violet stones. You can sell vios for 1.1 mill each and yellows for 400k, or you can turn 15 vios and 30 yellows into super stones at merchant Joans and sell to the shop with GB for good money. Super yellows sell for 16,965,000 and super vios sell for 18.8 mill.
11) Composing. For low stars, don’t use decent minor pets like high crowned pets or high star minors. Use the minimum requirements where possible, like strong/superiors. Save your good minors for later or sell them because its most likely that your minor is worth more than your main. Only use eudemon clovers when the minor is worth something, like a universal. Don't use clovers on cheap minors like blood sages. Clovers are good at the beginning when your pet can be raised in star mark from 5-40 but later when your pet is only raised by 10 star mark each, clovers aren't worth it. Universal0 are good, they are born 2* or 3* and can be minors for anything.
12) Chat. Learn how to use the chat sytem, there is a tk button at the bottom left. Tk stands for talk, you can change it to lg, legion, etc etc. Ws is specially important, it allows a one on one conversation with a player so you can ask for help or sell things. The bird allows you broadcast your message but costs 5 ep/pp, good if you want to buy or sell something.
13) Selling and buying. Three ways of selling, broadcasting as explained before. The auction, the co-ordinates on the website are wrong, just teleport to market and look at the top right minimap, its the second green spot from where you are. When you auction something, don't do it when the majority of ppl are about to go to sleep otherwise your stuff will sell to cheap. If there are too many items on the list, type your price ready and click accept as soon as it says "congratulations, some guys has paid...". The last way is peddling, I find the best way to peddle is to make an alternate character, put the prices up and forget about it, a couple of days later and most of it will be sold. Only advertise (100k) per hour if your booth is high up, like from booths 1-30, or you want to sell your stuff quickly. If your buying, check auctions, booths (note that you should walk to each booth if you have the time because not everyone advertises their booth) and you can also stand at market warehouse saying B> something, ws me! and also broadcasting. Don't buy or sell anything unless you know what its worth, and don't click trade till you have checked what you are getting, some people scam you by putting gold instead of eps for instance.
14) Legion/Family. Don't make a new legion, it costs too much and you wont find people to join yours. Find an existing one instead. If you have already made a legion, I suggest you leave even if you have bought a few totems because its not likely to go anywhere, best to count your losses. If you are in a crap legion, like a level 1 legion that doesn't chat, and you haven't been killed lots of times by enemies, use ctrl+a to get to the legion screen, donate 10k and leave it. If you have been killed, wait till you can register a pet because it would be too expensive to donate your way out of the legion. I have seen a few new legions that are bilingual that do well, like a Brazilian and Egyptian legion so you might be successful creating a Spanish or a French legion... Legions are good, register your pets that are above 5* and you get to keep your pets if you do. If the legion has over 100* of the same type of pet, and you have many 100* totems, the legion can level up depending on how many 100* totems the legion has, for example 3 100* totems is the requirement for a level 2 legion. The more you contribute, the better rank you get, the better pot share. Pets are the best way to contribute, donating money is appreciated but is not as efficient as registering pets.
Families are just for fun, they only share pot when in the same team. A legions pot is determined by the top 5 pets of each totem only, so you could have a 500* totem that doesn't have any pot...
15) BP (Potency)/Gears As well as your level, you also have potency. It determines whether you can pk (people kill) or be pked, if you have 10 more potency than your opponent, you should be fine, if not you are in trouble. Find a mentor who is high pot and always online, they can give you +33 pot. With your equipment, its best not to spend too much on them till your high level, try not to buy anything, you need money to make money. If you spend all your eps/gold coin upgrading your sword to +9, you may not be able to afford the super +12 sword that is selling for 10 mill on auction... (i wish) Gears are an inefficient way to gain potency, worry about your level first, Level 100 and you get free GB so long as you can make 9 am and 9 pm -8 hours pacific time. Compose your pets in the meantime. Gears are most expensive and so they come last, for example, to lvl your sword to your current level requires lots of violet stones and superviolet stones eventually... millions of gold is spent to gain an additional +1 pot! Adding bonuses with yellows is far more efficient, make all your items +1, then +2... don't make one item +9 and one item +2 because you will only get an additional +2 bonus. Don't upgrade elite or less items unless they are socketed. If you have a socket and you make xp balls for money often, I would put refined sapphires in there instead of refined ambers like I do (only have a socketed sword though).
16) Levelling. In ascending level of difficulty and xp... Cronus, Misty Marsh, Gobi, Gobi adventure zones, Dark marsh, Island, Icy land, Volcano, Ice adventure zones (if they aren't too busy), Volcano adventure zones, Lost land, Cata maze. The adventure zones are very good, worth the gold. Cata maze is the best place to level but you need 150 pot and a good strong defence pet to converge with. It costs 200k to get to lost land, and a further 500k to get to cata maze, be careful though, pking there is crazy so its recommended you have Gods blessing so if you die, you can revive there and not spend another 700k to get there although I haven't died once thanks to random teleport scrolls and converging two warrior pets. Explore all theses places, It amazes me how high levels have not heard of cata maze. Mages and powerful warriors can try ice maze... I haven't been there yet.
17) Training Ground. Use pathfinding in market to reach here. Good for mage levelling because they can use tornado and gain xp quick, also good for levelling things like thunder and lightning, Just wedge something on the skill button and a few hours later, it has levelled.
18) Use the forum! I have found lots of valuable information although they could have warned me that it isn't so easy to upgrade a super item sooner, id wasted so many violet stones... But check out the other guides, I like the plvlling trick and the upgrading items trick as well as the questions. Far quicker to get an answer searching through the forum then it is trying to find a knowledgeable player, though it would be good to find a pricing guide and a boss hunt guide for the different servers...
Probably repeated lots that has already on the website, if anyone would like to add tips let me know, ill edit it in.
