kindly check also if the Elite with +12 can be readable also in this link there are samples where the font is undeadable

As long as readable and ease of editing like prior to the current one ...

Those posted screen shot can't represent all the screens...

It is better for someone who testing it run thru all the most commonly used interfaces for readable check.

Coffee, font seems ok, BUT all u need to do is make it BOLD, then ppl can read it better. It is not the font itself that was the problem, just the boldness of it. Whichever font u guys use, make it BOLD and problem solved.

Bad font for screen - that's used for printing.
I think you should stick to monotype.
I understand Courier is the best for programmers cause you can calculate all the regions without pain and text resources are easier then, but monotype is better for on-screen presentations.

What font would you suggest?

It's hard to imagine how it will be in the game, but might try following:
Calibri (don't know if it's in standard Windows installation)
Tahoma
Sans
Arial bold
