whats the point of this new system of losing gear besides to take ep from the pkers and not reward the people who kill black named people......

kill a black name yesterday with over 700 pk points and he didn't drop anything and he didn't lose any of his gear at all hmmm.... lost no gear guess i should just stay black named now ..........

u have a chance to lose ure equip, its not like ure blackname u wont lose equip .. same works for redname ... even i think now u wont drop equip if ure red and have ure equip locked, never tryed tho
read those notes ... i guess one of em say u MIGHT lose ure equip if ure rednamed or blacknamed.

Why should you geat there gear cause there black name the lose it and get it back if they pay eps BUT after 7 days i i am not wrong you can clame there gear

I thought you where bound to loose a gear if you where blacknamed and there was a chance if you where only rednamed. But if it is only a chance with being blacknamed then I think they didn´t destroyed pking too much.

Downloaded the game again, what server shall I choose? Will it be mage, warrior or paladin? Having trouble to decide, PM me for what I should choose =).

i doubt if it was even an attempet to destroy pk rofl! we shouldnt forget the only reason most ppl play this game is coz of pk. no other game rates pk as high as EO....atleast thats my observations. frankly i prefer the old pk system like how it used to be about a year ago..TQ pls stop messing with assets of the game that appeal to every1....

Its easy... just wear worthless gear and you get NOTHING... all you need are pets to PK noobs... the system is stupid because it basically forces you to pk noobs by wearing worthless gear...

We NEED an egg exchanger!

Similar to how you can swap clothes except you can swap eggs! A higher valued egg (in GOLD) can be exchanged for a lower value egg for free, however if you want a higher valued egg and exchanged for it with a lower valued egg, you will have to pay the difference in GOLD to get the egg...

On runescape if you get killed you lose equipment, anybody think eo is copying them a little bit there? I was black name yesterday and was scared to leave my spot because I thought someone was gonna kill me and then I'd have to get my crap back.

those who don't have lock on their gears (to sell it maybe) has greater chance of dropping their gear. i've tested new lock system with my mage noob killing anyone i run to till i hit max pk pts. i've gotten killed at red name, and black name and jailed several times to prove that the new lock system which cost 1 gold does keep your gears lock. it states that you can't trade, sell or drop.

it sux if you're a massive pkr, but good to newcomers.

If I understand this correctly, If you have ITEM LOCK on your items and DIE or get PKed while you're RED named you wont loose or drop your items, that is the main purpose of the ITEM LOCK... If you guys have ITEM LOCK and get CAPTURED or PKed while you're BLACK named then warden will confiscate your items, and YOU will have to pay 300-400EPs to get your EQUIPS back, and have 7days to RECLAIM the items, before they'll give it to the person that sent you to jail, or destroy it. (so there is a price to pay when u die while blacknamed). And correct me if I'm wrong, but the person that sent you to jail will get a percentage of the EPs. Thats just my understanding on this... Hope this helped a little. :)

Well. i must state that my opinion on the "new" PK system is as follows:

the item lock feature was released to give a temporary safe feelink to mass PKers. Now TQ has decided to bump up ep sales by CHARGING the mass PKers to buy back equips taken if captured while blacknamed (they are still a business afterall). Smart move on their behalf i might add.

my understanding was tq confiscated a portion of your gear if u were black named and and got captured or killed by another player u had to pay them to get it back (the more points u have the more gear they take).....my point was this pker dint lose any of their gear when i killed them and at 700 pk points they should have at least lost something

The orignal system was better where when red chance to drop and when black usually drop and u also didnt gain pk so fast
