As all of you know, it is hazardous to your health to play any game continuously for over one hour. In the name of the well-being of our valuable customers, our management in TQ has decided to apply the following measures to discourage players from playing for a long time. As a side benefit, we will of course receive a little payback for caring about customers.
1. From now on, there will be a limit on number of messages a player can send during a day (by day we mean the maintenance cycle). Everyone should know that the longer you play, the more you will talk. The playing time will be reduced if the number of messages are limited. Every player will be allowed to send 50 messges (all channels) during one day FREE OF CHARGE. For the next 50 messages, a charge of 1 eps for 5 messages will be applied. For the really talkative type, a charge of 1 eps for every additional message will be applied. The good thing is that you can pay with pp, the bad thing is that you will not be allowed to talk at all after 50 free messages, in case you don't have ep or pp.
2. Of course the talk limit has a big loophole - there will be plenty of players choose to play in silence. In order to prevent this exploit, we decided from now on, the usage of teleport will be limited. Every player will be allowed to use the teleporter (any map) 20 times during one day FREE OF CHARGE. A charge of 1 eps or 1 million gold for additional teleporting will be applied.
We sincerely believe that these measures will help our customers to maintain a reasonable playing time, and it will help reduce the network congestion that we do not want to bother otherwise.

4. Summon Me Please ~ If the above measures fail to make our customers limit their game play then this would. You will only be allowed to summon an Eudemon 5 times a day for free, after that you will be charged as per the Eudemons value in the shopping mall , i.e. if you want to summon a UniversalXO and you have already used your free summons, then you will have to pay 67 Ep's each time you want to summon your UniXO.
We deeply feel for the people who own MageDodo's and WarriorLulu's, but this is for your own good.
5. Yay my Eudemon looks pretty In addition to this we are glad to introduce the new Eudemon Pet Set, now you can dress up your Eudemon like a barbie doll (or like GI-Joes lol). Each dress will add an attribution to your Eudemon, for example, if you make your P-def wear a prom dress it will gain +1 on luck (an attribute which is yet to be implemented).
Well we wont reveal the price of the dress set, come on guys and girls, guess its price and win refined gears as prizes!!

6. Distance Limit Due to the reason that some people are running and killing no monster just to find mobs. We will introduce a distance limit. Each player will be allowed to run twice the distance on each map from left to right. If you want to run more you have to buy the newly introduced "ShoesOfPhoenix". These shoes last for one maint. and you can run as far as you want with these shoes. There is just one problem, you have to pay 999ep for these shoes...Ohhh, we forgot...there is another problem, we just have 10 of these shoes to sell every maint.

7. Limit Attacks To help decrease lag on all servers you will only be able to cc or fc and Thunder and Lighting 20 times a day. Windbeads will decrease its range of attack. You only get 1 full mana a day so when its used up windbeads will become useless.
Due to the problem of jumping of stars from a new pet, we will make a new compose limit. From now on, everybody would be only be able to do 2 composes on a ACCOUNT, meaning if you want to do more, you would have to pay 200ep for each and every extra reborn. Even apprentice reborns would cost ep if they are extra. So if you have 50 reborns, you would have to pay 10k ep. This would make competition more fair and more exciting for people.
8. Time Limit To prevent people from wasting energy in the world, to stop people leaving their computers on 24/7.. we have set a new time limit. You are only maxed allowed 2 hours a day before you would have to start paying ep for each hour. It will cost 300ep every extra hour you are on. Also, if you are on a booth.. for the extra hours.. an additional 150ep charge for wasting energy would be added. Sorry for any convenience as we are trying to make the world a greener place
10a. Forum posting Limit. Lopez and BugerKing will be limited to 5 post a day to keep their count down and allowing others to post a reply before they do. :)
10b.Closing / Locking post Coffee can only lock 3 post a day any more would require a poll to see if people would want a post locked before being able to lock it.

Your character has to sleep every dayfor 23 hours, otherwise it will lose XP, we implented this because we want to make people aware of the problem that sleeping too much is bad for your health, we're sorry for any incovence (<-- TQ TYPO!!)
12: boredom you may never say 'i am bored' or anything similar, or you will be sent to the BOREDOM JAIL, you need to pay 150eps to stay there, and you can get out after 24 hours non-stop playing, so we will teach what boring is.
This is imlented because of the schocking amount of people quitting due to boredom!

12. AFK Characters All characters that are AFK for more than 1hr.(except sellers) will be booted out of the game. This feature will decrease the lagg caused by market "AFKers".
12a. AFK option All AFK char under option a will turn into market plants. Their spouse will have to devorce them and all assets will be split buy a tq judge. Thus applying TQ Court into the game.

13. Marrage All Female char will have to appear Before ~Necro~ naked in the LAS Vegas Server so he can insure that you really are a female. All Males poseing as a female will appear before tq court and be burned at the stake. Thus allowing more female chars to really be female.

Good Idea Market Plants... And to add more to it. All AFKers that turned into a market plants must pay EPs to return to their normal chars. Payments will depends on how long the Market Plant have been AFK.
1hr = 100eps 2hrs = 200eps etc.
13a. Spouse Marriage Pre-Nup Option This will give chars that wants to get married an option of a wedding pre-nup. They will have the option to have a full marriage or a pre-nup. A pre-nup will decide what the characters will share during the time of marriage. A full pledge marriage will let both chars own both chars items, eps etc. 13b. Character Divorce Settlement. A married character can not divorce if both characters are not online. If a divorce is needed refer to section 13a. for marriage status( full or pre-nup)
10a. Forum posting Limit. Lopez and BugerKing will be limited to 5 post a day to keep their count down and allowing others to post a reply before they do. :)

Warehouse abuse
Due to the many times we have to send out our handyman to change the locks on all the warehouses, we will have to charge 1 eps for open the warehouse and 2 for closing it. You do have 10 free openings and 5 free lockings a day, and 5 lockings for "50% off" (1 ep) a day.

Eudemons Warehouse
Similar to the normal warehousesystem, allthough here we will have to charge 1 ep for every pet going in and 1 for every pet going out. 20 free moves a day will apply for you all.

15a we've decided to raise maximum castle level too 11 for level 11 you only need 1 more ep then it cost you for level 9-10 (so only another 1.000.001 ep then) woot!!!
