I am totally baffled about the red meter next to the mini map on my screen. What is it? What does it do?

That's the timer for your jump recharge in market.

You get 2 jumps every minute or two in the market. The red meter is the timer.

Just for the remind. It depends on the star of your mount appointed as acrobat. If you are in a special area you get the number that goes with the star of the acrobat. More info is on the site.

Um. As far as I know... You get 2 jumps in market every so often.

Outside of market, it depends on your SP. Each jump takes a certain amount of SP depending on star I believe.

Guess you have to take a closer look at the acrobat. I got a 41* mount appointed as acrobat and can jump 5 times. You can see how many times you can jump in market equal to the times you can jump in special area. Cause market is special area. Same amount of jumps you get in places like Fam map, Legion war map, PKT map and Cata.

When I try to jump in the market, it says I need a 20*+ acrobat.
I'm pretty sure that that red meter does nothing except make the game seem more complicated.
