i was in steel warship next to the cap npc and this player jumping around like she telporting only no telport rings not only that she attacked me near the excort and not getting killed she did it 2 times and excort doing nothing at all

it would look better if i was able to record game play but these screen shoots are all i got and i'v seen it be4 on cent sever as well

That is a very well-known dead spot. None of the Alliance Escorts on Steel Warship are in range to hit people there, She is not hacking, this is not a bug. It's stupid, it's mean, and TQ should put an Alliance Escort there, but nothing happening in those screenshots is against the rules, and nothing you are reporting is actually new except for the person doing the killing.
