iv tried searching for threads like this, but so far, all of them have the same problem. the portal appears but they cant get out.

in my case its a little different. the portal DOES NOT APPEAR AT ALL. no matter how many times i tried talking to the warden(before, at and after the 9-11th minute), or not at all, nothing's happening... iv been in there ever since the maintenance was over..

about an hour after the maintenance one more guy showed up. then after a few hours 3 more guys showed up.. even now we're still stuck and cant get out.. can anybody help us please? exactly at what coordinates are we supposed to stand for the portal to appear?

from the threads iv searched, this problem is NOT a new one. please fix the damned jail bug. its not funny idling in the jail for hours straight doing nothing...

iv been confined in jail for more than 18 hours now.. the portal doesnt seem to want to open at all.. there are 11 of us here(or even more). the others mustv logged out from the waiting.... that WeaponZ guy has been in here for almost 13 hours now.. please dont tell me we're gonna have to wait until the next maintenance...

seriosuly its not funny being jailed for nothing.. i just went afk for a while, by the time i got back, i was accused of being a bot user.. id be ok with it if we got out in the next 9th-11th minute, but we cant get out no matter what we do.. i just wasted 1 whole day doing nothing but waiting for the portal to come out...

can we(jailed people) at least have some compensation for this? i admit its my fault for going afk outside, but its certainly NOT my fault that the exit isnt working... we've wasted enough time already doing nothing in the jail.. if we cant get compensations, then at least add the time for the verification code.. it lasts about 90 seconds right? how about doubling the time? that way maybe lesser people wont expirience being accused of being a bot user... or better yet fix the exit...

When I tried putting cores in for my core socket, nothing changed. It was just idling at 14% this morning.

u no its not f*cking funny to wait 3 hours without that the portal shows up. Now fix ur shit we got better things to do but i already know it can take hours before tq even wanne do something about it , at their speed :D

I only remember hearing about the gate not being centered on the spot you need to stand to get out. It's going to be on the left, and about in the middle vertically. It's pretty huge and hard to miss. Now that I think about it, the gate animation goes up far enough that it might actually be hard to figure out where to stand. Anyways, this is the first time I've heard of it not appearing, instead of it just being weird to stand on.

But seriously... Knowing TQ you can probably level a new acc from lvl1 to 3x 180 faster then they can fix problems... lol

Just look at this sigma box event. They said it will grant you ONE free opening of the box and you dont get it. They also said you'll be able to buy a key from zp mall, but guess what! Yep, you got it right! There is no key in zp mall!

PK points doesnt seem to accumulate in the bot jail.. a guy just killed more than 7 ARMs, his name is still white..

As far as patches and bug-fixes have gone, TQ has never done anything without a system maintenance in-between. There might be an emergency maintenance when the problem is fixed, but the chances are that it will take a few days. I know a few problems have been fixed almost immediately, but this will probably take at least a downtime or two.

ya figured that but it is messed up cause now i cant do the weekend special along with several others all because there mathproblems are not correct!!!!!
